Thank You: From the DAR Boys & Girls Club
The DAR Boys & Girls Club thanks the Zion congregation for the donation of $340.40. We have about 6 ½ weeks left of our school year program. Our summer program will start June 4, 2012. Your donations during the school year have impacted the lives of many young people. It is amazing how many families can not afford the school year fees ($20). We are truly touching the lives of many youth with your support.
Once again thank you for all your support.

Zion’s Relay for Life Team
Are you thinking of being part of Zion’s Relay Team? Did you know that you can be a part of the team without having to be at the event? It is not too late to sign up! If you would like to be part of our team but can’t walk the track or have plans for that day you can participate by: Fundraising (there are prizes for whoever raises the most), donating food to the walkers the night of the event, donating and hopefully setting up a tent or a camper, setting a specific time to walk if you can’t stay for the whole event. If you would like to participate, please contact, Karen Houdek, Team Captain and Financial Secretary at 715-735-7180, or e-mail (home) billyboty@yahoo.com or at church zionfinsec@newbc.rr.com and we can discuss what your thoughts are. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 17th at 5 p.m.
