ARC Bible Class Christmas Program
The ARC Bible class for adults with special needs will be presenting their Christmas program on Monday, December 19th at 7:00 p.m. The program will take place at Zion in the Parish Hall. This year we will be “T’was The Night Before Christmas” and the Bible Class will play their colored bells and sing songs to go with the story. A coffee and treat fellowship will follow the performance.

Crossways Bible Study
The next 10 week unit of Crossways begins on Wednesday, Nov. 30. It is entitled, “Conquest to Babalonian Captivity.” The classes begin at 6:00 p.m. and last one hour. Crossways is the ultimate travel-guide for an unforgettable, in-depth journey through the Bible. Hope you can join us!

We are in the process of updating Zion’s congregational directory. Please let us know of any personal information changes, such as landline to cell phone, address changes due to move, marriage, divorce, school, service, or name change. NEWCAP Collection
Our NEWCAP collection theme during the month of DECEMBER is “Christmas Baking.” Items for baking, such as flour, sugar, brown sugar, cooking oil, spices, sprinkles for cookies, chocolate chips, etc. Your donations will be given to the NEWCAP local food pantry.
The Yarn Yackers Group
Come join us to an afternoon of crocheting, knitting, or any hand held craft and enjoy the company of some wonderful people. There are people from several churches, so please feel free to invite anyone you like to join us this includes anyone who would like to learn any of these skills. All we ask is to bring a small snack to pass. It will be held the first Sunday of every month, the first one to be held on December 4th at 1 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church. Hope to see you there. Papa Pat’s Farmhouse Fundraiser
The 2012 ELCA Gathering Youth are selling Papa Pat’s Farmhouse Recipe products to help fund their trip. This includes relishes, pickles, jams, butters, soups, sauces, pancake mixes, cookie mixes, and bar mixes. Local schools have supported Papa Pat’s and their products are reasonably priced. The company’s products are proudly made by people with disabilities. There is an order form posted on the bulletin board in the church entrance and delivery will be before Christmas.
